Older females rarely have a platform to discuss the hijab constructively and openly. They often face challenges with the hijab but are not given the proper outlet to solve them. This workshop discusses heavier concepts concerning the hijab and challenges the contemporary ideology of the hijab. It works based on first building a strong foundation and perspective of Islam before moving forward with the role of the hijab.

The lack of knowledge and understanding often drives a female away from the hijab. This workshop method provides females struggling to wear the hijab or those considering removing it with support and a renewed outlook. Instead of directly having a conversation on the subject of hijab, the content is strategically arranged to build its way to the hijab. A holistic and catered conversation around the fundamentals impacting one’s hijab has been proven sufficient in supporting one’s relationship with the hijab.
